Hi, I’m Jen, I love developing people and building organisational capability, and people tell me I do it pretty well! So in 2017, I decided to set up Take Action Consulting. I am a highly motivated and experienced Strategic HR and L&D Professional who brings energy and honesty when developing, leading, coaching, mentoring and motivating people to achieve success. I love networking and learning from others, and my excellent interpersonal skills enable productive working relationships to be formed quickly and sincerely with people from all walks of life.

Here at Take Action, we support workplace leaders with proactively tackling ‘people challenges’ to develop individual skills and team culture. We do this by creating space to comfortably connect and collaborate, embracing the concept that everything in life gives us an opportunity to learn and grow.
